When I took over, the previous designer and product owner had both left. I rebuilt the budget knowledge context myself, shared it with the team, and then drove a self-initiated optimization track across creation, adjustment, split, reporting, and manager summary views, with part of it already shipped.我接手时，之前的设计和产品都已经离职了。我先自己把预算相关的业务知识重新梳理出来，并在团队内做分享，再基于这套共识去推动创建、调整、拆分、报表和管理汇总视图的一组自驱优化专项，其中一部分已经上线。
